I had another great run this morning. I was sore from yesterday, so I wasn't sure how it would go. I decided to do intervals and was pleasantly surprised with my results. My intervals were 5 minutes running, 1 minute walking:
Warm up: 3 minutes
Interval 1: 10:25 pace
Interval 2: 10:12 pace
Interval 3: 10:22 pace
Interval 4: 10:17 pace
Interval 5: 10:09 pace
Interval 6: 10:13 pace
Interval 7: 10:25 pace
Interval 8: 10:36 pace
Interval 9: 10:30 pace
Total 5.08 miles in 55:00, 10:50 pace
Ave HR 142
Max HR 156
Calories burned 499
I'm so pleased with how April is starting out! March was such a tough month, I'm glad to put it behind me.
