It's been good to be back in Hawaii. Since I was sick most of the time we were home last, it felt really good to be here! I did not have a plan for this week, my marathon training for a non-marathon ended last week. I didn't follow it perfectly, but it really helped me get back on track.

I woke up really sore this morning, so I decided to take it easy and just run at Ala Moana Park (no hills!) Once I started running, I felt great! Key point - get out the door even when you don't feel like it, you might surprise yourself!
Wednesday

Ran up the Diamond Head Crater this day. After a few days, the humidity doesn't bother me as much. I've definitely adjusted this year.

I knew I would be sore from yesterday's run, so I planned a very easy run/walk. I ran parts of the first two miles, but my legs were dead so I just decided to enjoy the beautiful morning. I watched the moon set and the sun rise!

Running 31.39
Walking 13.68
Total miles: 45.07
