Week 1 Report

The 2012 season is off to a great start!  I'm still waiting on my new shoes, but I did lots of riding.  I've also added strength training, an area that I tend to neglect.  I did two sessions with my Atlus Power Ball - this little four pounder really adds a lot to my workout.
