Marathon Training Week 1 Report

As I mentioned yesterday, I didn't follow my marathon plan very closely this week.  My planned running miles were 25 and I ended up with just over 26.  I also threw in a 34 mile bike ride today!  Les and I took our bikes to Santa Monica and rode the bike path to Redondo Beach and back.  It was a beautiful day, a little cool to start off, but never too warm. 

Total miles for this week:
Running:  26.10
Cycling:  34.00
Total  60.10

No change in my weight this week.  Maybe next week, right?
