Week 5 Report

My last "unofficial" training week is behind me.  Tomorrow starts my 16 week training program.  I'm really excited to see how this goes!  I did a 10 mile LSD this morning, but it was very windy so I was thrilled with my overall pace of 10:21.  I also did strength training three times this week.

Total miles for this week:
Running:  29.58
Cycling:  9.37
Total  38.95

Down half a pound this week... it's better than up!

Weight loss goal:  10 pounds
