Running is a form of relaxation.Do you ever feel that way? You're out running, pushing hard, but you feel yourself relax. I think running is a great stress reliever! I've laughed, cried, problem solved, and prayed all while out on a good run. I can't run away from problems, but I've come home lighter and happier by running my problems away!
That's one of the curiosities of life - that such a high-energy activity could be so relaxing.
