This has been a really interesting training cycle. It started with 2 weeks in Missouri and now we're spending 3 weeks in Hawaii. Both places have had heat and humidity, something I don't train in at home. Our southern California mornings are usually in the low 60s with low humidity. I hope that these weeks will make me stronger! One thing I do while in Hawaii is a lot of walking. I like to keep track so if my feet are a little sore I'll know why.

This is one of my favorite routes - 2 miles down the Ala Wai, then 4 miles around beautiful Diamond Head!
My return is down the Waikiki strip - I started a new file because there are lights, taxis and tourists (oh my!) An additional 2.3 miles at a 12:46 pace, lots of starts and stops. I can't really call it "cool down" because I was still pretty warm when I finished, more of a "slow down."
Also walked 2.87 miles
Friday - Rest day
