This blog is about my running experience. I am not a physician, nutritionist or personal trainer. I am a runner. I do not know it all. I am only writing from my own experiences. I finished my first marathon on June 3, 2012. Who knows where my feet will take me next!

Revel Canyon City Marathon Numbers

If you are not a numbers person, this post will probably bore you to tears!  I find this stuff really fascinating.

I was able to pull my mile breakdowns from Movescount.  Mile 5 was my fastest at 8:06, with mile 17 being my slowest at 16:39 (this included a pit stop, I also took a pit stop at mile 10*.)  I would give you mile by mile details, but a lot of it is a blur!

I hurt pretty bad all of Sunday. I was still in a lot of pain Monday morning, but started to feel a bit better in the afternoon. I got up and walked a couple of miles this morning.  Still a little sore but noticing a lot of improvement.

  1. I will always be deeply thankful for the incredible work you did for me, Dr. Godsent Yare. Words cannot fully convey my gratitude. In 2022, I was diagnosed with herpes and tried every possible method to find a cure, but nothing worked. Then, I came across a post on a health forum about a herbal healing home who creates herbal remedies to treat various diseases, including the herpes virus. Initially, I was skeptical, but I decided to give it a chance. I reached out to the herbal doctor via email, purchased the herbal medicine, and received it through DHL within five working days. I followed the instructions carefully, and after just 21 days, I tested negative for the herpes virus. I am so grateful to Dr. Godsent Yare. If you wish to contact him for sickness like ALS, MSA, MND, Breat Cancer, Lupus or any other incurable Disease, you can email him at dryareherbalcurehome @ gmail.com or reach him on WhatsApp at +2348164653711.
