I finished Marathon Recovery and Marathon Training doesn't start for two more weeks. What should I do this week?
Last week felt pretty successful. Some running, some cycling, some swimming. I'll probably do something like this:
Sunday - Easy recovery ride
Monday - Easy run
Tuesday - Trail ride
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Easy run
Friday - Easy ride
Saturday - Long run
With some water aerobics thrown in 2-3 times.
