Training Week 3

I thought about repeating week 2, but the miles for this week don't change much so I'm moving on!

Sunday:  3 Miles Easy (pace 10:04)
Monday: Rest Day
Tuesday:  5 Miles Hills (no planned pace)
Wednesday:  5 Miles Easy (pace 10:04)
Thursday: 5 Miles Easy (pace 10:04)
Friday:  Rest Day
Saturday:  14 Miles LSD  (pace 10:04-11:04)

Total planned miles: 32
