Good News

 There was a note in my training program for today that said:
As you reach your peak training volume, it's typical to feel achy, sore, and tired, especially if you're pushing yourself harder than you're used to. These reactions should fade once the taper begins, and you're running less and resting more.
That describes me to a T right now!  It's a relief to know that what I'm feeling is normal, but it will fade soon.
