This was a great week! Not without challenges, but I'm feeling so good about my training.
Sunday: Rest Day
Result: Rested. I'm getting really good at this!
Monday: 3 Miles Easy w/3 Strides (Pace 9:52)
Result: 4.10 miles in 40:14, 9:49 pace
Tuesday: 8 Miles w/3 miles @ Tempo (Tempo pace: 8:30)
Result: 8.32 miles in 1:27:08, 10:28 pace
Wednesday: Rest Day
Result: Rested!
Thursday: 9 Miles w/7 Miles @ MP (Pace 9:09)
Result: 9 miles in 1:28:58, 9:53 pace
Friday: 3 Miles Easy (Pace 9:52)
Result: 3.77 miles in 49:49, 13:13 pace - I opted for a hillier route because the wind had kicked up and I knew the pace was going to be tough.
Saturday: 18 Miles LSD w/Fast Finish (Pace 9:52)
Result: 18 miles in 3:10:28, 10:35 pace. Yes, that's right, I ran for over 3 hours this morning! This run will get a post of its own soon.
