Today I am SO sore, but in a good way! I'm sore because I was able to run 7 miles of hills yesterday. I was able to push my muscles and they are telling me about it today.
I posted this quote about a month ago:
Relish the bad training runs. Without them it's difficult to recognize, much less appreciate, the good ones.Two weeks of bad training runs are forgotten after one great run!
