Sore in a Good Way

For the past couple of weeks I've been whining about my self inflicted injury.  You're probably as tired of reading about it as I am writing about it.  Running has not been fun.AT.ALL.  I don't like injuries and avoid them as often as possible.

Today I am SO sore, but in a good way!  I'm sore because I was able to run 7 miles of hills yesterday.  I was able to push my muscles and they are telling me about it today.

I posted this quote about a month ago:
Relish the bad training runs. Without them it's difficult to recognize, much less appreciate, the good ones.
